ACBS in Red Sea Film Festival

The Red Sea International Film Festival (Red Sea IFF) has held its fourth edition from 5th to 14 December in Jeddah, taking place in their brand-new headquarters in Al Balad.  ACBS was invited to set up a booth in the Red Sea Souk and bringing a delegate of over 20 persons to attend their programs.  Participating member companies were about to showcase their projects to visitors to the Red Sea Souk and make contacts with filmmakers from the Middle East and other parts of the world. 

 

During the Red Sea IFF, the head of the Red Sea Fund announced the opening up of their fund to filmmakers in Asia and held a press conference to express their interest to work with ACBS.  Press sessions were held during the Red Sea IFF to introduce a co-production film project between Saudi Arabia, China, Hong Kong and Malaysia and also the setting up of a film fund between Saudi Arabia and other Asian countries.
