WHO WE ARE
Asia Content Business Summit (ACBS) is the first Pan-Asia platform to promote creative media and the development of the content industry between countries and economies in Asia (namely Indonesia, Japan, China, Hong Kong (China), India, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand). Since 2008, ACBS dedicates its efforts to promote the development of content industry in Asian countries in the aspects of technology, finance, film and TV production, distribution networks, etc.

METI is the secretariat for the ACBS.
WHAT WE DO
The Asia Content Business Summit (ACBS) was established in 2008. In the past 12 years, the ACBS has invited government officials and industry experts and enterprises to gather in a different Asian host city to participate in the summit. Through conferences and seminars, mostly during the Hong Kong International Filmart, the summit has helped different sectors in the industry, including film and television, music, animation, games etc. to constantly explore new development models.

The Summit also brings together resources to promote the content industry in Asia, such as initiating pan-Asian programs to encourage filmmaking.

Introduction: As part of ACBS annual tradition, we will be hosting yet another conference at the HK FILMART where our members and guests gather and share updates and insights of the content industry from private and public sector point-of-views. This year, the meeting will be open to the public at the convention and live-streamed. Our presenting speakers will be from regions such as Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand and the United States, followed by panel discussions joined by guests from around the world. We hope to facilitate productive conversations and collaborations between countries.
